Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

We use a magic-link system — no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You must provide an accurate email address. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Guest Data and Event Owners

When you add guests to an event you are responsible for having the necessary permission to share their contact details with us for the purpose of sending invitations. You must not add personal data of individuals who have not consented or who you have no legitimate reason to contact.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro plan) and one-time event unlocks will be processed via Stripe when Pro features become available. Pro features are currently in preparation and cannot be purchased yet. During this pre-launch period we may record anonymised interest signals (upgrade-page visits, payment-intent clicks) and, with your explicit consent, your email address for a launch notification. 6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by WhoIsComing. You retain all rights to the event content and guest data you create through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@whoiscoming.io.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
